Why a search engine can’t tell what your business does, and what to change so it can.

Years in sales and leadership, then digital marketing. I build in the open and write down what I learn.
OnGoing View is a working portfolio, out in the open. The work makes the case.
Every article, tool, and system here started as a real problem I needed to think through. The writing is how I think out loud. The tools are what I actually use. The DIY content comes from years of figuring things out before calling anyone.
Before digital marketing, I spent years in wireless sales and running stores. I led teams, built workflows, and coached people through the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it. I spent a lot of time figuring out why capable people stall.
Clarity is a skill, not a trait. Most systems fail because of behavior, not design.
Those patterns show up in everything I write here. But seeing the pattern was never the hard part for me. Doing something with it, out in the open, was.
I started this site to break a specific pattern: waiting until something was ready before showing it.
I have always learned better by doing than by being told. When I was a kid, I was playing in the driveway on my trike while my mom’s wood panel station wagon sat in the garage, engine still warm. I was small enough that the exhaust pipe was right at eye level. I had no idea what it was. I just wanted to know what it did. So I reached out and touched it. I got burned. But I learned something real that day that no one could have just told me.
That instinct never left. Neither did the paralysis by analysis. I have talked myself out of more ideas than I have shipped. This site is the experiment in changing that.
I am here to document the work as it happens, share what I learn, and build something that earns trust through consistency rather than polish.
All of it, the years in sales, the burn on the exhaust pipe, the habit of building in the open, comes out in three lanes. Different surfaces, same instinct: understand how it works, and how it got this way, before changing it.
