21-Day Challenge

The 21-Day Discipline Challenge

One action a day, for twenty-one days. The same structure I run on myself for the days motivation does not show up. Free workbook, straight to your inbox.

The idea

Build the habit of showing up

The 21-Day Discipline Challenge is a structure for the days when motivation is unreliable and willpower runs thin. The point is to remove friction, so showing up does not hinge on how you feel that morning. One action a day, toward one thing. You follow it, and you watch what changes.

It is small on purpose. Most people quit a plan because it is too big to face on a bad day. This one is small enough to finish, and honest enough to show you exactly where you drift.

Around day ten, here is the part nobody warns you about. You will not feel disciplined. You will just have done the thing, ten days running. That is what discipline actually is: the residue of showing up when you did not want to, stacked up until it holds.

The structure

How it works

1

Commit to 21 days

Long enough to feel like a stretch, short enough to actually finish.

2

Pick one focus

One goal that matters to you, and small enough that you can still act on it on a bad day.

3

Track it honestly

Mark it off each day. Miss one, reset the counter and keep going. No punishment, no hiding from it.
